Export my data
Get a single JSON file with everything PureBariatric stores about you:
- Every Coach conversation (question, reply, sources, language).
- Your consent history (grants, revocations, versions).
- Any red-flag safety events tied to your account.
- Your subscription profile and status (if you have one).
Not in the export: your food log, weight log, hydration log, or any other journal data — those live on your device only, we cannot see them. Wearable device numbers from Fitbit/Garmin/Oura pass through our servers but are not stored.
Delete my account
Permanently wipe every server-side record we have about you:
- Every Coach conversation (message history and red-flag safety events).
- Your consent history.
- Your account login (you can no longer sign in with this email).
- Your subscription record on our servers.
Two-step: we email a confirmation link. Clicking it opens a page where you click one final button to wipe everything. Link expires in 60 minutes.
Stripe subscriptions are not auto-cancelled — email privacy@purebariatric.com if you want us to close a Stripe subscription too. If you have an App Store or Google Play subscription, cancel it in-store first — deletion refuses while a live IAP is on file.
Delete my Coach conversations
Wipe every Coach conversation on our servers without touching your account, subscription, or on-device journal logs. Two options:
- From the Coach: open the Coach (⋯ menu → "Delete my Coach conversations"). We'll email you a confirmation link.
- Or use the form below: enter your email and we'll send the same confirmation link.
